Lee Pelmore

Lee Pelmore is the Marketing Director here at AD Precision Health and also a Wellness Consultant for the clinic. With over 16 years’ experience in the health and fitness realm he brings a plethora of expert knowledge to the team and their patients. He also has extensive training in leadership and interpersonal relationships which helps every patient feel welcome and part of the “AD” family. Combined with his health/fitness background, leadership mentoring and his passion to help others achieve their very best results he gives his all to each and every client at AD Precision Health.

Adam Deeb

Adam Deeb is the founder of AD Precision Health, where he is responsible for overseeing business operations for the clinic. With over 10 years’ experience in the health and wellness realm, and extensive knowledge in digital marketing, Adam’s passion is in helping people reach their wellness goals. Adam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and realized his dream of opening AD Precision Health in 2017. In addition to running AD Precision Health, Adam also enjoys keeping up with a healthy lifestyle and is an avid fan of the Dallas Mavericks.

Michelle Newton

Is a Family Nurse Practitioner and writer that promotes wholistic healing and wellness for patients of all ages. She believes in overcoming obstacles of the health care system and enabling people to live the healthiest life possible. Her ambitions for patients include extensive plans that promote healing and restoration.

Her expertise in medicine results from lifetime medical pursuit, hospital stays and care of loved ones since early childhood. Michelle constantly read and critiqued medical books, data and incorporated medical research in assignments from elementary school. Michelle consistently chased medicine and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Certification as a Registered Nurse led to experience, management, and specialized care.

Crystal

Has been in the medical field for 6 years and has a passion for helping people reach their optimal health. She is fluent in Spanish, specializes in Autonomic Nervous System testing and injections.

Koya

Is a medical assistant with AD Precision Health and a licensed esthetician. She has passion for caring for others and has 20 years of experience. Her specialties are skincare, drawing blood, and injections. Her goal is to make sure each person leaves with a smile.

Courtnee

Is a seasoned medical assistant and allergy technician. She has worked in the medical field for 17 years. She specializes in allergy testing, blood draws, and injections. She has a passion for care taking and looks forward to putting a smile on each patient's face that she has the opportunity to work with.

Courtney

Is the Business Development and Office Manager at AD Precision Health and loves helping people reach their health goals, solving problems, and patient education. Courtney has spent the majority of her career in the health industry, gaining experiences in areas such as chiropractic, massage therapy, and functional medicine. While Business Development is her primary job function by day, Courtney also enjoys spending time with family, working on projects, and cooking.
